Store and scope
Alwa7a supplies software and digital products, including EK Tools developed by Elashkef, the software creator's public name. A public name or store brand is not a substitute for the business owner's legal identity. Applicable legal identity, address and registration details will be published when completed before sales open. Each offer describes its contents, system requirements, license scope, access duration, delivery and price.
Before payment
Review the product summary, price, duration, discounts, taxes, license and refund terms. The policies, purchase specifications, consent wording and acceptance time are retained with the order, and a retainable copy is emailed to you. Choices are not preselected and do not enroll you in marketing. Changes to the basket or purchase terms require a new review before a new order is created. An order without confirmed payment is not a paid purchase.
Payment and PayNow
Base prices are in US dollars. PayNow acts as Merchant of Record for purchases through its checkout. Its Buyer Agreement and Terms of Use apply. Its final summary shows taxes and payment currency; your bank or payment method may charge currency conversion fees. We do not store card credentials or treat screenshots and return pages as final payment confirmation. Acceptance of a payment method or country by a provider does not guarantee availability in every country.
Duration, subscriptions and offers
Elashkef 60FPS is a permanent use license for the purchased release, paid once. Elashkef Studio is a fixed-duration subscription, not lifetime access. The purchase option states the paid term and bonus access. Announced Studio offers add 14 bonus days to two paid months, or one bonus month to three paid months; months are calendar months, and the order confirmation will state access dates when these plans become available. Bonuses have no separate cash value. Automatic renewal requires clear consent to price, frequency and cancellation method before charging. A bundle states each component's price and duration; buying both programs does not make Studio permanent. Later price or policy changes do not retrospectively replace an accepted order's terms, subject to applicable law.
Delivery and support
Digital products become available after verified payment. Processing or security checks may delay access. Buyers need an account and accessible email; guests claim purchases through a secure, time-limited link, with support available if it expires. Contact support with your order reference for non-delivery or faults. Custom services need a separate agreement on scope, price and schedule. Video processing cannot promise fixed publishing results on external platforms; results depend on the source, settings, device and platform processing.
Applicable rights and complaints
These terms apply only to the extent lawful, preserving mandatory consumer rights in relevant markets. Choosing a payment provider or accepting these terms cannot waive non-waivable rights. Consult the refund policy. You may contact your payment provider or competent authorities without first contacting us as a condition of preserving your rights. If transaction terms conflict with applicable PayNow terms, its terms prevail under its agreement, without overriding mandatory law.
