Digital products and changes of mind
Alwa7a supplies software licenses and digital content, including EK Tools developed by Elashkef. We do not offer a voluntary money-back guarantee or change-of-mind refunds after digital content delivery begins, to the extent permitted by law. This is not a refusal of refunds in every circumstance. Payment, issuing a key or making a download link available does not by itself remove mandatory rights.
Immediate delivery and withdrawal
Before payment, we request separate, explicit consent through an unticked choice to begin digital delivery before any statutory withdrawal period expires, and acknowledgment that the right to withdraw from that content is lost when its delivery actually begins, where the law permits and all its requirements are met, including providing confirmation of the contract and consent in a form the customer can retain. If those requirements are not met, statutory withdrawal rights remain. Consent does not remove remedies for defects, misdescription or non-delivery.
Elashkef Studio subscriptions and services
Studio is a fixed-duration subscription, not a lifetime license. Starting a subscription or service does not automatically remove withdrawal rights. Where withdrawal rights apply and the customer requests early performance, charges for service actually provided follow applicable law. We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds for unused time where permitted, without affecting mandatory rights. If an offer renews automatically, cancel future renewals before the charge through the cancellation method in the payment receipt or by contacting support; access continues through the paid term unless refunded or another applicable legal process applies. Initial payments and renewals may have separate withdrawal rights under applicable law.
Non-delivery, defects and duplicate charges
We review non-delivery, duplicate charges, material differences from the description, and failure despite meeting the stated requirements. Contact support with the order reference, problem description and appropriate evidence, without passwords or card credentials. Remedies may include delivery, repair or other appropriate action, and refunds where due. Contacting us is not a condition that removes legal rights or payment-provider dispute rights.
Purchases through PayNow
PayNow acts as Merchant of Record for transactions it processes. Its Buyer Agreement and refund and dispute procedures apply. PayNow reviews and determines refund requests under its terms; our policy cannot prevent its decisions or override mandatory rights. Follow the help instructions in the PayNow receipt, and contact our support as needed. This page does not impose a universal deadline overriding legal or payment-provider deadlines.
Refund method and promotions
Approved refunds are processed through the payment provider to the original payment method under its rules, not compulsory store credit. Posting times depend on the provider and bank. A request is not confirmation of a completed refund. An order cannot be refunded twice. License access related to refunded amounts or a dispute may be suspended according to the circumstances, without removing statutory rights. Bonus access, discounts and launch promotions do not override mandatory rights or create a separate cash value for free periods. Bundle and partial-refund handling follows the order components and applicable rights.
Customers worldwide
Mandatory consumer rights in markets whose laws apply remain protected, including Gulf markets, the EU, the UK and elsewhere. Conflicting wording applies only to the extent lawful. Read our purchase terms and license, contact support, or consult the PayNow Buyer Agreement.
