Data and purposes
We process account names, emails and hashed passwords for sign-in and email verification. Orders, policy acceptance, licenses, download records and support messages are used to fulfil purchases and assist customers. Session cookies, connection addresses and security logs help prevent misuse. Marketing newsletters and email subscriptions are currently inactive; advertising requires separate consent.
Invitations and attendance
When event invitations are used, the organiser controls the names, event date, venue and text chosen for publication. RSVP data sends the guest's name, attendance decision, companion count and any optional details to that organiser. Customer invitations are not displayed as public examples. Invitation links can be shared, and organisers may add password protection. External image links may remain accessible at their provider independently of the invitation page; do not publish private images without appropriate permission.
Providers and safeguards
PayNow receives purchase information needed to process payments under its own privacy policy; card credentials are not provided to us. The email provider processes verification, support and delivery messages. Browsers may request fonts and icons from their providers. Some processing may occur outside Egypt depending on provider locations; the business owner must complete the applicable transfer assessment and regulatory requirements before commercial operation. Administrative access uses limited permissions and two-factor authentication. Product packages are private and backups are encrypted.
Retention and rights
Sessions expire under inactivity and absolute-age limits; verification and order-claim links expire. The daily backup system retains the latest 14 full backups, with the exceptional deployment recovery snapshot kept separately. We retain records necessary for fulfilment and legal obligations and review unnecessary data for deletion. Request access, correction, erasure where permitted, or raise an objection or complaint through support. We verify identity appropriately and explain required retention. Do not submit sensitive identity documents through public forms. The responsible business identity and contact details will be published when completed. Passkey sign-in
When you register a passkey, we retain its public key, credential identifier and verification data needed for secure sign-in. Fingerprint or face data and the private signing key stay with your device or passkey provider; the store does not receive them. Manage or remove passkeys in account security. Purchase policy versions and required consents are retained with orders to record the agreement and support customers.
