Granted rights
A purchase grants use of the software or content within the stated scope and term; it does not transfer ownership of source code, branding or the original package. Each offer specifies permitted devices, users and requirements. You may use videos you create with EK Tools in personal or commercial content, subject to rights in input materials and third-party components. This does not authorize resale of the software or distribution of license keys.
60FPS and Studio
Elashkef 60FPS grants permanent use of the purchased release for a one-time payment. It does not automatically include all future releases or lifetime third-party services. Elashkef Studio is a fixed-duration subscription; access to licensed features ends with its term under the offer. The subscription states renewal and bonus-access conditions and does not become permanent in a bundle. Accepted order scope is not changed retrospectively, subject to statutory rights.
Restrictions and third-party components
Do not share keys, redistribute or resell the software, or circumvent license protection unless applicable law or an express agreement permits it. Open-source and third-party components retain their own licenses; this wording does not remove rights granted by those licenses or the law. You must have rights to materials you process. EK Tools is not affiliated with TikTok, Meta or YouTube.
Updates, downloads and support
Updates and support are included as described in the offer, without reducing mandatory conformity or security obligations. A store download limit is separate from the use-license term; support can review lost files or device replacements under product terms. Software cannot guarantee fixed quality after external platform processing. The accepted license is retained with the order. This license does not limit remedies for defects, non-delivery or legally due refunds.
