Participation and eligible products

EK Tools partners promote Elashkef Studio and Elashkef 60FPS. An invitation or approved application, a verified customer account and explicit acceptance are required before a referral link becomes active. There is no participation fee or guaranteed income. The administrator may pause new applications or suspend referrals for abuse while reviewing earned amounts.

Attribution and commissions

A buyer may explicitly select a partner for up to 30 days in that browser. The latest explicit choice is used when the order is created; the buyer may remove it before purchase. There is no attribution without the choice, after expiry, or for a partner's own account or matching email. Commissions require a confirmed payment and are based on eligible product value after discounts, excluding tax and customer payment fees. The initial rate is fixed when the order is created. Recorded commissions retain their rates. The usual rate is 20%, but each partner's dashboard shows their actual assigned rate.

The default covers the initial payment only. The administrator may enable Studio renewal commissions for selected partners. A renewal uses that partner's rate and renewal eligibility at the time the verified renewal is recorded. Future rates and eligibility may change; previously recorded earnings are not retrospectively repriced. Duplicate payment notifications do not create duplicate earnings. Cancellations create no commission; successful renewals alone can create one.

Review, refunds and withdrawals

New commissions have a 30-day review period. The minimum available balance for a withdrawal request is $20.00 USD. These settings apply to new commissions or new requests as applicable and are displayed in the dashboard. Requested funds are reserved to prevent duplicate withdrawal. A request is not a transfer or a promise of immediate payment: the administrator reviews it and performs an external transfer using the supplied details, subject to applicable law and payment-provider availability. No automatic bank transfer is initiated by the dashboard.

Refunds reduce commissions proportionally to the refunded payment, up to the original amount. Chargebacks reverse the related commission. A reversal before payment reduces the payable request; a reversal after payment is recorded as an adjustment against future available earnings. Rejected requests release their reservation. Historical records are retained. Changes and corrections do not remove mandatory legal rights; disputes and errors can be raised through support.

Promotion standards

Clearly and prominently disclose your financial relationship beside each promotion, such as: “I may earn a commission if you buy through this link.” Use the audience's language. Do not fabricate testimonials, promise results the software cannot substantiate, impersonate the store, send spam, force referrals, use deceptive coupon claims, buy through your own referral, distribute licence keys or redistribute installers. Promotion is limited to truthful descriptions and materials you have the right to use.

Privacy and account safety

Your dashboard shows your commissions and withdrawal status, not customer identities, email addresses, activation serials or download files. Payout details are restricted to the administrator and encrypted in storage. Supply only the details needed to receive the agreed transfer, never passwords, private keys, authentication codes or complete card data. For enquiries contact store support.
